About Us

As a licensed Realtor, since 2006, I have successfully closed dozens of commercial and residential transactions, including short sales, bank owned properties, leases and business opportunities. With personal experience owning residential, commercial and income property, along with my background as a CPA, I am uniquely qualified to assist you whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned real estate investor.

I am a graduate of Paradise High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the UCSB in 1995. I am a member of the National & California Associations of Realtors, and the Sierra North Valley Board of Realtors, where I have served in various leadership positions since 2011, including serving as the President of the Association in 2015.

I am dedicated to building long term relationships with members of this community and to serving their on-going real estate needs. In 2010 I was inducted into the Paradise High School Sports Hall of Fame; I apply the same dedication and work ethic to my profession as I have always applied to sports, my studies and my family. I was born and raised in the Chico area. I graduated from Chico State in 2010 with a degree in Kinesiology and, after some travelling, decided there was nowhere I would rather live than Chico! In 2011 I bought my first home with an amazing Realtor who helped guide me through the process. I realized the value in her knowledge and honesty through the home buying process and enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to pursue real estate as a career. In February of 2013 I received my real estate license and haven’t looked back! I strive to provide each of my clients the same positive experience I had when purchasing my home through my commitment to honesty, integrity and my client focused approach.

When I’m not working, I like to take advantage of all Chico has to offer by hiking, biking and running in the park. You can also find me at the farmers’ markets picking up some local produce to bring home and cook for my family. When I get the chance, I love to travel both nearby and abroad, but I am always happy to come home! I moved to Chico in 2007 and absolutely fell in love with the area. I came from Susanville, so Chico was my "big city get away". Just the right amount of small town feel, but much bigger than I was used to. I love the access to hiking, lakes, fishing, and all the cute shops downtown.

Why do I love Real Estate you ask?

I love the flexibility it allows me to have a successful career, but also be a Mom. I love getting to know my clients while guiding them through a major life event. I love that no two days are ever the same. The Real Estate market, forms, laws, and my daily scenery are always changing. There's never a dull moment, and there is always room for growth.

Born and raised on the south coast of Massachusetts, I graduated from Plymouth State College in New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology. I met my wife at Plymouth State, and in 2003, we decided to move to San Diego. We got married in 2009, and in 2010, we decided to move to my wife’s hometown of Chico to raise our family.

Outside of Real Estate, I’m active in the Chico community, coaching CARD youth basketball, Chico Youth Soccer League, Chico Junior High Basketball, as well as Co-Chairing the Wildflower Music Festival Committee.
